If you are the owner of a marijuana establishment or seeking employment at a marijuana establishment, you MUST have a Marijuana Handler Permit Card as defined in state regulation 3 AAC 306.700. Upon completion of this course you will receive a Certificate of Completion which you will send to the state to obtain your Handler Card.
